We use DHL Express in Europe, Posti and Matkahuolto in Finland. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
All orders received before 14 PM (GMT +2) are fulfilled during the same day.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
If you wish for a return and you have used DHL Express as a shipping method, please contact us first, and you'll receive instructions for your return.
If you have made an ordered within Finland, you can use Posti or Matkahuolto as a shipping method for the return.

Take the parcel to your nearest service point.
We will handle the return as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. The refund of the payment takes 1-7 days depending on the method of payment.

We use double sizes to make sure that our pieces last for as long as possible.
The numbers in our sizes refer to the child's height in cm, so e.g. 86/92 would be optimal for a child in that height range. We do strive for a slightly oversized fit in many of our designs.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Canceling your order is possible only by return, though. Please note that an unclaimed parcel is not a return. Once we have received the returning parcel, we will check it and make the refund.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
